U.S. General Services Administration awards Tigua with contract.

El Paso, TX Apr 7, 2016 – The U.S. General Services Administration has awarded El Paso-based Tigua Inc., along with 32 other contractors, a contract for its building maintenance and operations zone 1 strategic sourcing solution.
The award facilitates a streamlined process for acquiring facility maintenance and operations services, including electrical maintenance, janitorial, fire alarm, suppression system maintenance, commissioning and more. Tigua Inc. won the contract under the BMO SB services category, which offers reduced administrative costs and more flexibility with task orders, improved visibility on spending and pricing, as well as standardized labor categories. The performance period for all contracts includes a five-year option with commercial contract terms and conditions applied.
